Building and Expanding the Spiritual Vessel

Channeling with the First Man

The souls presently on Earth have experienced numerous incarnations, they are called the "gifted" souls and they consciously agree to be on Earth in order to help elevate humanity. The quantum leap and the fifth element shorten the distance between celestial worlds and Earth. The veil shielding the upper worlds from the sight of other souls has thinned out. The distance between cause and effect is shorter than ever.

Energy of the First Man
The Garden of Eden is the dense energy of unconditional love. People with a certain vibration that have still to cleanse their feelings and blockages feel its high density.
Presently, you feel overwhelmed emotionally and spiritually. People receiving this energy understand that it is a cosmic opening in time that offers a means to connect through Earth with the energy of the Garden of Eden. Until now, it was believed that in order to return to the Garden of Eden a person must die however, with the present energy he can create a Garden of Eden on Earth while living.

Authors' note: I this channeling the First Man transferred to us an organized and structured process to achieve exaltation and enlightenment. I regard this process as a catalyst and a great help during such dense times for those souls who choose the path of development and connecting to the plenty and sublime wealth.

How to connect to the energy of the Garden of Eden?
A person striving for spiritual elevation and connection to the energy of the Garden of Eden can request 3 times a day (morning, noon and evening) and each time repeat three times "I request to change my spiritual vessel".

Connecting to the immaterial body
The immaterial body is the soul's initial body, before it experienced the inclination to evil. This body has not yet experienced earthly traumas: sadness, anger, loss etc. This is the body that is beyond the supreme self.
Following the request made on the first day to change the spiritual vessel, on the second day one's request to connect to the immaterial body is said once by repeating three times "I request to be connected to my spiritual vessel".

Increasing the spiritual vessel
After asking for connection to the immaterial body and a change of the spiritual vessel one should ask for the expansion of the spiritual vessel so that it can contain the quickly changing processes. Say once a day repeating three times "I request to increase my spiritual vessel"

Releasing the fear
Fear is energy that prevents man from creating his future and continuity. Once a person is aware that these are patterns, thoughts and customs that derive from parallel incarnations that he can change in this life and change himself - should place one hand on the lower part of the stomach and the other on the solar plexus and say that "From this moment I agree to release my fears accumulated since the detachment from the Garden of Eden until the present", then shake his hands and say: "I'm in the cleansed and the new".

Release all the feelings, patterns and thoughts
The fourth stage in a person's conscious development process contends with the layers and fears. Dedicate several minutes each day to release a certain feeling you may have: anxiety, confusion, jealousy hate etc., for example: "From this moment on I agree to release the ____ since the detachment from the Garden of Eden until the present".

A new vibration on Earth
Starting on 22/10/2012 humanity experienced a new energetic vibration which allows requesting cleansing and renewal from the energetic bodies, which are: the energetic, immaterial, astral, physical, emotional, sublime self and the spiritual "I request to be connected to the renewed energetic bodies".

To be in the here and now
The energy that descends on earth at this time causes a sense of loss of presence. Feeling the presence means that a person is completely immersed in his actions/thoughts with all his heart and soul. Your request is "I request from all the energetic bodies to be present".

Wear your soul each day anew
Upon awaking each morning, return consciousness to the body, after which wash your hands and face and request "that all the energetic bodies connect to my soulful self". People conscious of their complementary soul can ask its guidance on that day.

Asking for the help of your complementary soul*
When we ask for the help of our complementary soul we summon and open the energy of the Garden of Eden. This process connects us to our complementary half which aspires to reach the Garden of Eden and connect with the Creator. "I request the help of my complementary soul to solve the problem of …." Your conscious connection to the complementary soul will enable a higher degree of elevation in your corrections and to reach the energy of the Creator and understand it. Whenever you ask to connect to your complementary soul you connect to the purest energy – the diamond energy* created where the heart is, joining male and female - connecting you to all other energetic bodies.

Relationships - Couplehood
During these times of dense energy are useful for improving couplehood and other relationships through mirror work. Anything that disturbs you in the other is what wants to be released in you and join the light. Look at your relationships with your spouses, parents, children, colleagues at work – and release.

*A complementary soul – when a soul descends from eternity to earth it is divided into male and female. Each part does its corrections on earth without meeting each other. When one part of the soul, male or female, experiences a delay or setback it is felt also by the other part. In order to reunite into a whole they meet in supreme worlds (also when in the body).
*Diamond energy - is created whenever we request to connect to our complementary soul. It is a process through which a person learns to create the energy of the Garden of Eden and contain in while on Earth.
